    I was ready to give up on doing any remodeling, because I could not get a hold of a contractor or have one call me back. Finally, Lee at New Millennium responded and the next day I had an estimate of the work I wanted done. In the last two months before I did manage to get a couple of quotes. Lee’s quote was considerably lower and contained a greater number if items that he would do. In my kitchen I had a new quartz countertop, sink, garbage disposal, and microwave installed. I replaced the tiled floor with waterproof vinyl flooring. Had the cabinets resurfaced. In my bathroom I had the tub replaced with a beautiful tiled shower with barn doors.     Very pleased with the repair on our garage door. We had a person previously spend about 20 minutes telling us they had fixed our door and about two days later it was broken again. Lee came out from New Millennium and spent lots of time, fixed multiple things wrong with our door, and now it is running fantastic! And it was very reasonable as well! See more See less

    New Millennium Construction painted my entire home. They also rerouted my dryer vent to the roof so it wasn't near my front door ruining my stucco. They were always pleasant, professional, and TIMELY. The pricing was fair and there were NO surprises about the contract amount- and no unexpected change orders either.     New Millennium remodeled our 3 bathrooms. We discussed our ideas and they made suggestions with the tile, shower and fixtures. Not only were they professional but completed all work on time. Each day they cleaned all areas. Everyone that saw our bathrooms complimented their work. Thanks to Lee, Silvana and his crew for their work ethic and making us very happy with the outcome.     The work they produce is done correctly and in a timely manner. My family member needs some work done and Lee is the only contractor I’ve met that I’d feel comfortable leaving unattended. He will do the work correctly and I don’t need to double check his work. See you next month Lee. If things go well over the next 5-10 years I’ll be building a new house on the property and tearing down the old one eventually. See more See less

    I cannot say enough about the quality of how I well and thorough the progress has been so far, that is because I only look forward to working with New Millennium on a continual basis. As a contractor since 1987 I have never advertised nor do I engage online. This is a rare thing to leave a review, but the old school touch is there, thank God for Lee. See more See less

    Lee came through our neighborhood ap, with many very positive reviews. They were all true, he made it a very pleasant experience. He had several ideas for our patio cover that i had not thought of and they turned out to be great changes. He was neat, clean and very prompt once he got started.
